I have spent more than two decades in emergency medical services. I know what it is like to work a string of shifts on no sleep, to skip your own checkup because there is never time, and to watch good people burn out because the support just was not there.

Healthcare is expensive, slow, and built around insurance instead of people. For someone working demanding hours, that often means putting your own health last until something forces the issue. I started Fit For Duty Rx to change that for the people I have worked alongside my whole career, and for anyone else who never gets to stop.

The idea is simple. Affordable care you can reach from your phone. Honest, flat pricing with no insurance games. Wellness programs and supplements that actually fit the job. And free, confidential mental health resources, because asking for help is not weakness. It is the same instinct that makes you good at the work.

Along the way, I realized the people I set out to help were not the only ones the system was failing. The same barriers, cost, time, and just getting to a doctor, hit anyone who has a hard time leaving home. A senior who is homebound or bed-bound. A family member who cannot take another day off to drive a loved one to an appointment. People who skip care because a ride costs more than the visit and insurance will not cover the trip. Telehealth removes that barrier. Care comes to you, wherever you are.
