Refunds & Cancellations

Care plans, wellness programs & prescriptions

Membership, wellness programs, and prescriptions are enrolled and paid for on the platform of our clinical partners, including Leg Up Recovery and National Telehealth Providers. Their refund policy applies. In general:

• Full refund if your prescription is denied. If the reviewing physician determines that treatment is not clinically appropriate for you, you receive a full refund. The clinical partner absorbs all associated costs, including the consultation and physician review. There is no charge for a denied prescription.
• All sales final after dispensing. Once a prescription has been issued and dispensed, all sales are final. Prescription products cannot be returned for reuse or resale due to federal and state regulations governing prescription medications.

To request a refund, cancel a membership, or raise a billing question, contact the clinical partner through the Patient Portal at patient.leguprecovery.com/login, or email telehealth@leguprecovery.com. If you believe an error was made in filling your prescription, contact them and they will work with you to address it.

Supplements

Supplement orders are placed and fulfilled through our separate store at fitfordutyrx.health and are governed by that site's own Refund & Return Policy.

DNA testing

DNA testing is offered through our partner at fitfordutyrx.ordermydna.com. Due to the personalized and sterilized nature of testing kits, all DNA testing purchases are final and are governed by that partner's refund policy.
