How It Works

Care in three steps. No insurance, no waiting rooms.

Choose a plan, connect with a licensed provider, and get the care and prescriptions you need. Most of it from your phone.

Step 1

Choose your plan

Pick the membership that fits your needs, from individual plans starting at $29/month up to Family Plans covering up to 8 people. Sign up takes about two minutes. No insurance required.

Step 2

Connect with a licensed provider

Meet by video or secure messaging, depending on the type of care. Urgent care is available 24/7/365. Primary care visits with your dedicated provider are usually same-day or next-day.

Step 3

Get care, and your prescriptions

Your provider gives you a treatment plan and sends any prescriptions to the pharmacy of your choice. On Prescription Discount plans, hundreds of medications are available for free at participating pharmacies when appropriate and prescribed.

What to expect

Straightforward from start to finish.

Simple, flat pricing

You pay a flat monthly membership. No copays for primary or urgent care visits, no insurance paperwork, and no surprise bills. Cancel anytime from your member portal.

Care on your schedule

Built for people who work long, irregular hours. Reach care from your phone, day or night, without taking time off or sitting in a waiting room.

Licensed providers, secure platform

Care is delivered by licensed providers through our partner platform, National Telehealth Providers. Your information is handled on a HIPAA compliant system, with secure billing through Stripe.

How the prescription savings work

If you choose a plan with the Prescription Discount Program, you get access to hundreds of medications free at participating pharmacies when appropriate and prescribed by your provider.

After your visit, your provider sends the prescription to the pharmacy of your choice. You present your prescription discount card, which you download from your patient portal, at the pharmacy. It works much like presenting an insurance card.

If a medication you need is not on the covered list, you can use your insurance card or pay your pharmacy's standard pricing.
